About Jenny
Jenny leads HT Law Services as Managing Director, setting the firm’s direction and making sure its standard of care shows up in every client’s experience. She works across the group’s finance, property and legal businesses, giving her an unusually complete view of a client’s situation — the loan, the home, the relationship, the paperwork — not just the legal slice of it.
That bigger picture shapes how the firm runs: asking the right questions early, keeping matters moving, and connecting people to the help they actually need. Jenny supports Chinese-speaking clients in Mandarin from first contact through to resolution, bridging language and the unfamiliar parts of the Australian system so nothing is lost in translation.
Approachable, decisive and genuinely invested in people, she treats every client as a person, not a file.
